START TRACKING AND SCORE POINTS

For building owners/managers and schools competing in contest:
When the registration period is closed, start tracking your monthly energy, waste, and water bills using online tools and resources and earn badges as you go. Watch your progress on leaderboards!

For Tenants competing in contest:
As a tenant you can join the contest as you and your employees join challenges and score points. At the end of the contest let us know the unique and fun sustainable practices your business implemented and get recognized and rewarded for it.

Awards Structure:

All participants will be awarded with certificates and promotion in press releases. Milestone Awards (new in 2017!)
Participants with the most points for each of the Building, Tenants, and Schools leaderboards will be recognized with a trophy and paid publications by the contest in 3 milestone Awards combined with the Sustainability Luncheons.

End of challenge Monetary Awards:
Monetary awards will be based on points achieved at the end of the one year as specified below. Special recognition is also provided for those that implement innovative strategies or exhibit continued energy and environmental successes.

Buildings Awards (Participants have control over building and equipment upgrades)
1st Place: $5,000
2nd Place: $3,000
3rd Place: $2,000


Tenants Awards (Participants do not have control over building systems and equipment upgrades)

School Awards (Award to be split between teachers, students, and mentors of green teams)
1st Place: $3,000
